Biography

Mandy is an ex-human resources professional and Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Experiencing chronic pain for over 12 years she found a path to recovery and now helps clients with chronic pain to find their way back to health and wellness. She is an Advanced Pain Reprocessing Therapy Practitioner. Mandy can also help with life and career transitions, job application and interview skils, all types of anxiety, low-mood and unwanted habits. She is a Level 2 TEAM CBT practitioner, taking the Level 3 exam in 2025. 

 

Mandy has availability for online sessions in the UK and internationally and for face-to-face sessions in North Wiltshire and the West London area.
