Ian is a registered mental nurse and a BABCP accredited CBT practitioner in private practice. He retired at the Dean of the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care, King’s College London at the end of 2020 and is now Emeritus Professor of Mental Health at King’s.

Ian is drawn to TEAM therapy by its emphasis on overcoming resistance to change and effective communication.
