TEAM-CBT is an evidence-based and effective structure to support therapists in providing rapidly effective treatments for mood and anxiety problems, relationship problems and habits and addictions.
Welcome to Feeling Good UK
It has been developed by David Burns who is currently Emeritus Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. He was an early pioneer of CBT from the beginning and has worked hard to find out what really works and to provide a clear roadmap of how to do it.

Testimonials
“I have regained my confidence, begun to care more about myself and discovered the strength I needed to make positive changes in my life.”
“I now have the tools to grow, let go of guilt and feel much calmer and positive about the here and now. I will be able to carry the methods forwards with me, and bring them to mind when tough patches arise. It has been one of the wisest investments of time and money I have made.”
“TEAM CBT for me was a really effective way to deal with what I was experiencing. The evidence-based approach really gave me a sense of progress throughout my sessions and gave me the tools I needed to deal with my current and past issues, and also any future issues I may encounter.”
“Thank you for your time and for introducing me to TEAM CBT. The main thing for me was realising that certain internal struggles are not inevitable and even just reading those cognitive distortions and self-defeating core beliefs for the first time was empowering.”
“The TEAM CBT approach that Andy uses has really opened my eyes to how effective therapy can be. It is the most important thing I have ever done, I feel like myself again.”
“The walking and Team CBT were a brilliant combination in being able to tackle my anxiety and learn more about myself and gain the skills so i can develop and live with the positives of my anxiety instead of the negatives in a refreshing environment”
